Challenge

A leading healthcare center faced challenges with an inefficient manual process for claims validation and adding relevant T codes. This procedure was tedious, time-consuming, and prone to errors, causing significant disruption as staff had to constantly log into the system.

Solution

To overcome this issue OpenBots decided to re-engineer the above-mentioned process using the OpenBots Studio commands. The aim was to remove the inaccuracies, inefficiencies and the human errors caused in the system. So, the execution team decided on to integrate the OB Studio platform and make sure humans have an eye on the entire process getting executed.
