Introduction
A digital workforce provides flexibility on when the work can be done and how many “workers” can ramp up in times of overwhelming need. The digital workforce can also improve existing processes as well as remove artificial barriers to completing tasks that a traditional workforce may impose.
Requires a new savviness to be developed so that humans and automations work together to create synergies. Response times are reduced for both client and employee base allowing new demands to be addressed by the business. Cost is dramatically reduced when connecting systems and changes don’t require months of coordination.
