Karan SehgalChief Customer Officer

Karan is the Chief Customer Officer for OpenBots. With over 20 years of experience, Karan has held various leadership roles. His previous roles include, working at Infrrd, an emerging AI company, where he lead Intelligent Automation initiatives, and later led a large technology consulting firm, leading client engagements in the Banking and Financial sector. As the CCO for OpenBots Karan is responsible for managing our robust automation customer support operations, and oversees all automation package deployments and customer engagements. Karan is also responsible for researching automation offerings in the market, and ensuring that OpenBots can match if not outdo the functionalities of the expensive platforms available; making sure that OpenBots achieves the goal of providing enterprise-grade automation for all.

Gabriel SkeltonHead of Artificial Intelligence

As the Director of Banking & Mortgage Automation Solutions, Gabriel is responsible for the creation of pre-packaged & customized automation solutions to enable digital transformation for banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders.

Gabriel leads a team of dynamic automation consultants, each with particular specialties across financial services. Gabriel supports his team by providing guidance in pairing firms with end-to-end intelligent automation designed to streamline workflows and generate consistent ROI.

Gabriel has a demi-decade of experience spanning across financial services, enterprise technology & digital transformation. Gabriel has a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College’s Olin Graduate School of Business.

Cameron is the product manager for OpenBots and is responsible for overseeing development and feature additions to our automation product suite. Cameron attended Florida Atlantic University where he completed a dual bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. Cameron started his career as an Automation Engineer, and prior to joining OpenBots acted as the infrastructure lead for an RPA consulting firm. His primary interests outside of OpenBots are chess and automated stock analysis. At OpenBots, Cameron heads our development team, providing direction and developmental guidance to architect the best end-to-end enterprise-grade tool suite with zero cost bot licensing fees.

Ranodeb leads a sales team focusing on Providers, Payers and RCM organizations promoting Robotic Process Automation and Generative AI embedded software. With 8 years of experience, Ranodeb has a robust background in sales and functional consulting spanning across the retail and healthcare industry.

As the Senior Enterprise Architect at OpenBots, Sahil is responsible for delivering effective and efficient automation solutions that are rapid and reusable, facilitating digital transformation for sectors including banking, insurance , healthcare, mortgage, and credit unions. With over 12 years of experience, Sahil has held various leadership positions in product, project, and service delivery management. He also oversees professional services at OpenBots, ensuring clients can leverage Generative AI through the OpenBots platform.

Sahil holds a master’s degree in operations and Strategy from the Management Development Institute in Gurugram, India. He is PMP certified, has extensive project management experience, and is TOGAF certified, providing him with deep knowledge of SaaS-based architecture platforms. At OpenBots, Sahil's vision is to make rapid automation accessible to all, offering cost-effective and innovative solutions.

Chinmay SharmaAssociate Director of Automations

As an Enterprise Automation Professional at OpenBots, I enable digital transformation for banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and insurers by creating pre-packaged and customized automation solutions. I leverage my MBA degree and my domain knowledge in BFSI/Fintech to design and implement complex, enterprise automation solutions that include APIs, AI, IDP, ML, OCR, and RPA, with no licensing costs per bot or automation.

I also create substantive video content to educate leading-edge banks and lenders on how to execute and implement scalable automation strategies. Some of the key processes and workflows that I have automated or supported are mortgage loan origination and servicing, deposit operations, KYC, and AML. My goal is to help my clients derive more consistent ROI from their RPA programs and to drive innovation and multi-vendor RPA strategies in the BFSI/Fintech industry.
